RAMONA'S MEETING WITH ESTHER HICKS



1.    Ramona wrote a letter a month before the cruise telling Esther of her appreciation for the upcoming cruise and how Abraham changed her life.
2.     She told Eddie Conner and Mike she was going to meet her on the cruise.
3.    She had a dream where she met and spoke with Esther and had a photo taken.
4.    While flying to meet the cruise ship, Ramona started journaling about how the meeting would happen.
5.    The first day on the ship, during the lifeboat drill, she met the person in the next cabin who works for Esther and tells her he is the audio-video engineer for Abraham-Hicks.
6.    Someone bumped into Ramona and spilled coffee all over Ramona’s name tag. Ramona went to see Sarah, the person who replaced the name tag.
7.    The next two nights, at different restaurants, Sarah and some of the Abraham-Hicks crew are seated at the table next to us.
8.    At the last workshop, Ramona met Barbara, Esther’s right hand person, told her about the two meet-ups, and asked if a photo meeting could be arranged. Barbara said she cannot place appointments on Esther’s calendar, but “it will happen”.
9.    When she boarded the bus for the airport, Ramona noticed the bus next to hers had many of the Abraham-Hicks staff on it.
10.When the bus arrived at the airport, it was parked next to the Abraham-Hicks bus, and Ramona saw Esther get off the bus and head for the terminal.
11.After going through the first security checkpoint Ramona headed for the Delta Sky Priority line and Esther and some of her group were immediately ahead of us. We were called up to the counter next to them.
12.The sweet agent at the counter was asking us how we enjoyed our stay, etc. but could sense Ramona’s anxiety. He asked why and she told him about Esther, so he rushed our check-in process, finishing before Esther’s group. Ramona approached Esther and told her how she had manifested this meeting and asked for a photo. Ramona handed her camera to Esther’s body guard and asked him to take the photo which now appears on both of our meet-up websites.

BEING ON THE CURRENT OF WELL BEING - WHO ME?



Ramona opened the meeting by welcoming guests and asking members to share their successes and appreciations over the last month. Eddie Conner www.eddieconner.com provided us with another inspiring meditation via Skype.

The group viewed the opening monologue from the Stanford live stream video which will be shown in its entirety Wednesday night and Thursday night at 6 PM.  All are welcome to this pot luck event.  The main topic of the monologue was “you and your connection with source.”  When we are properly aligned, we are an extension of Source. That alignment allows Source to flow to us and through us giving us the power and ability and right to become the creator of our own reality.  We can direct that creative power anywhere we choose.   And the world will expand as a result of our attention wherever we choose to focus.

Ramona and Mike gave an update on the recent Abraham cruise in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The primary topic for the evening was “Being on the Current of Well Being – Who Me?”  What does it feel like to be on the current of well being? What does this current of well being mean to you?  Do you allow this experience into your daily life?

When on the current of well being, everything flows and feels good because we are connected to Source.  Stated another way, we are on a “high flying disc” or “HFD”.  Mike described the HFD concept as follows: Visualize a funnel shaped cloud like a tornado. Then imagine it is made up of discs with the smaller ones at the bottom and increasing in size as we move up the funnel. The small discs at the bottom represent the low feelings we get when we are depressed or in the company of someone we simply do not like or trust. And yet there is some good in that state of being. As we move up to the next higher disc, imagine that one contains all the good from the last disc and some additional good feelings. Then as we move up the funnel of discs, each disc feels better than the previous one until we reach near the top where we find the high flying discs. That is where we want to be as much of the time as possible.

Why are we not always on the current of well being?  Sometimes it is because we have formed habits, or habitual pathways that are not on the HFD.  Sometimes we find ourselves in the company of someone we do not like, and that brings us down. And sometimes we just spend 17 seconds in the wrong frame of mind.

When we find we are not on the current, how do we get back on? 

*The concept of a “reset” button can work. When we have a “bad day”, appreciate all the good from that day before going to sleep. In the morning, wake up and immediately press the reset button telling yourself today is going to be a great day.

*Start every morning thinking it is your birthday and celebrate it – 365 days a year.

*Use the process of segment intending where we can pre-pave the way we want the situation to unfold. Before entering a meeting, visualize how you want it to go and send your intention into the meeting before you enter the room.

*When you are with someone you do not relate to or simply cannot stand, imagine how you would talk to them if Esther, or Jesus, or your mother were sitting next to you.

*If you are not feeling inspired, take a moment and reconnect with Source.  Get yourself back on the HFD.

*A member suggested when you find yourself not on an HFD, think about the UPS system where the feeling you want (the package) has been dropped off at home and is waiting there for you.

*Remember if you are on an HFD, you will be the dominant force in every situation.

*Lay new pipes.  Esther had a problem with cloudy water in her pond.  Several people tried to clean out the pipes that circulated the water to no avail.  Finally they laid new pipes and that fixed the problem.  They wanted to dig up the old pipes and Esther said “no”.  It is not necessary to regurgitate the things that do not work. Just lay new pipes and move forward.  Forget the past – today is a new day.

Ramona explained that Abraham has added a fourth step to the three-step process. They now are as follows:

1.       Ask for it.
2.      Receive it.
3.      Allow it in.
4.      Establish and maintain a steady connection (HFD).

The new step 4 is to define with more clarity and confidence that you can reach for things not previously asked for.  From the leading edge you must embrace everything that led up to it.

Mike described the Mastermind concept as Abraham sees it.  A Mastermind is a group of people who unselfishly share ideas for their mutual benefit. Sometimes it is described as synergy, or 2 plus 2 equals more than 4.   Abraham suggests that it start with two people who are both on an HFD.  Each bounces ideas off the other.  Eventually their minds will come together and the ideas will create something bigger than either could have created on their own. Be sure your Mastermind partner(s) are on HFD’s or the results will average down instead.

Ramona asked for the groups intentions for the future and the meeting was adjourned.

INVINCIBLE - WHO ME?



Since Eddie Conner was not available to do our meditation, his stand in, Deepak Chopra, providing the following inspiration to start our meeting with this Meditation. 

Ramona opened the meeting by welcoming guests and asking for updates.

 
The dictionary defines Invincible as “Too powerful to be defeated or overcome.”  What does it mean to be Invincible?  Comments included the following:

Unstoppable.  Can’t be conquered.  Nothing can affect the path you are on.  While the physical body may not be invincible, the spirit is. It is a peaceful feeling knowing you will accomplish the task.

A member stated that the feeling of invincibility may not necessarily be a good thing.  It can lead to overconfidence.  Remember that when an obstruction presents itself, the Universe has all the tools necessary for you to use to achieve your goal. The problems are really opportunities to learn how to deal with that situation. The more situations of a similar nature that are dealt with, the better prepared we will be to face the next obstacle.

When someone or something impedes our progress, what can we do?  Always remember life is about finding joy in every situation.  When you feel an aversion to something or someone, determine why; become aware of what it is that annoys you. When that annoyance distracts you from your desired result, find something nice about that person or thing and concentrate on that feature until your feelings begin to change.  This will change your vibration toward that person and make him or her more tolerable.  Whenever you find yourself in a bad situation, shift your vibration to a good one – maybe a memory from the past, a loved one, whatever uplifts your emotions. 

Here are some examples and suggestions.  

A friend, caught in a deep depression, was immediately cured by her mother who merely said “Remember, you were born in love”.  This was an epiphany for her and she came out of the depression and moved forward.

A person who was afraid to speak in front of groups received several awards and was called to the podium to make an acceptance speech. The good feelings of being recognized by her superiors and her peers who were genuinely happy for her made her feel invincible.  Her speech was magnificent and she no longer fears public speaking.

Another member suggested NLP anchoring or neuro-linguisticprogrammingWhen you have a major accomplishment, do something (like a high-five) where your body makes a motion that cements the feeling into your brain.  Another technique is tapping, discussed in earlier meetings.

A college student experienced invincibility from having a feeling of peace and happiness that comes from being prepared during finals. Walking back to her apartment after class, she knew she could go to work, study, have time to prepare herself a good dinner, clean her apartment, and be ready for finals. So simple but it felt wonderful, like this is how life should be – balanced.

A violinist knows the answer to that old “joke”, How do you get to Carnegie Hall?  Practice, practice, practice.  After nine years of playing the violin and honing her skills, she and her group were asked to play at Carnegie Hall. The feeling of invincibility from being up on that stage is one she will always remember and be able to fall back on in tougher times.

Another student joined the drama club and auditioned for lead in the play. This was not a character type she had performed before as many of her acting assignments were of a similar nature and she felt type-cast. When they announced she got the part, even those who lost out congratulated her. Getting the part and being recognized by her peers gave her a feeling of invincibility.

Invincibility is really being in alignment with Source and feeling joy no matter what’s going on in your life. That’s all it is.  It’s just feeling good all the time.  When you are placed in a bad situation, acknowledge it, but immediately shift your mindset to a good one. Remember those earlier life experiences that made you feel high. Think about your children, grandchildren, pets and the joy they bring. Look for the good things and ignore the rest.

Remember Deepak’s State of Being:  STOP
S          Stop
T          Take 3 deep breaths, smile everywhere in your body
O         Observe what is happening in your body and your mind
P          Proceed with kindness, compassion, joy and love

Ramona read the following quote from Esther Hicks “Can you understand how much Well-being is flowing to you?  Do you understand how much orchestration of circumstances and events on your behalf is available to you?  Do you understand how adored you are?  Do you understand how the creation of this planet, creation of this universe, fits together for the perfection of your experience?  Do you understand how beloved you are, how blessed you are, how adored you are, and what an integral part of this creative process you are?”

Writer’s note: When Ramona passed out the tiny scrolls at the conclusion of the meeting, I received the following quote from Abraham. “You are the vibrational writer of the script of your life, and everyone else in the Universe is playing the part that you have assigned to them.” Somehow those scrolls always fit.

RISING ABOVE IT - WHO ME?



Ramona opened the meeting by welcoming guests and asking for updates.  

Eddie Conner provided us with an inspiring meditation to recharge our souls and open our minds to ways we can rise above it all.

The opening video was The Fun of Ignoring Reality by Abraham-Hicks which explains the vortex of creation. We are vibrational beings first.

Ramona shared an experience she had recently and how she rose above it. She received some disturbing news and while processing that, her mother-in-law, with whom she was close, passed away. This activated the fear even more. She created an acronym for FEAR; Forget Evidence and Relax. Remember what we know – that we are connected to Source; that our thoughts are powerful and can change any situation to good in spite of what others try to tell us.

Remember, if your mind is filled with fear, there’s no room for dreams. So, if you fill your mind with dreams, and there won’t be room for fear.  Ramona also decided to be more joyful and filled with laughter regarding her fears. That is how she rises above it. And isn’t that the purpose of life? To be happy.

Other acronyms for FEAR are “Face Everything and Rise” and “Forget Everything and Relax”.

Ramona asked “What are some things we need to rise above?” Responses include bad past experiences, difficult people, and family history. The best way to erase these memories and rise above them is to “create a new story.” A simple example is someone is driving recklessly and cutting off other cars to get ahead, create a story that relates how they must be having an emergency and need to get to the hospital fast to save a life.

Why do people stay stuck in the negative? Many don’t realize they are in a fear-based negative place. What do we do when someone insists on telling their negative stories? A great technique is to simply say “cancel cancel”. That will cancel the effects of the negativity you do not want to hear. Another technique is tapping which neutralizes the negative programming and shifts our energy to the positive. For a good video on the tapping technique, check out this site. 

Here are some things people do to raise their vibration.

Stop resisting problems. Embrace them and other doors will open.

When working with difficult people, have a higher self conversation with them.

In order to create the happy feeling of having more money, a member hides some bills in the bottom of her purse. Later, when she discovers the money, she gets the feeling she has found some unexpected money. That helps create good feelings that raise her vibration.

Abraham talks about telling another story. Instead of retelling the negative feeling story, tell it in a positive way, reliving it in the positive and therefore creating new vibrations about the story.
Create a whole new story, also referred to as editing your life. Think of it as editing a movie. Make a commitment to remove the parts that no longer serve you. Then ask yourself what has brought you profound bliss and consider how you can make those experiences and beliefs part of your life now. With a little editing, you’ll clear out what is no longer serving you and make room for more happiness, love and wisdom in your life.

Give everyone the benefit of the doubt – starting with yourself.

Ramona handed out bottles of bubbles for members to use when they need to rise above something and feel the lightness of bubbles rising above it all.

Try the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono  It consists of four steps – I’m sorry, forgive me, thank you and I love you. It is very cleansing.

Ramona recited a Buddhist prayer of forgiveness.
If I have harmed anyone in any way, either knowingly or unknowingly through my own confusions, I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way either knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusions, I forgive them.
And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive, I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, belittle myself, judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusions, I forgive myself.
