ACTIVATING LOVE AND ABUNDANCE

Ramona welcomed the group and introduced Eddie Conner via Skype for the meditation.  After member updates and introduction of new members, the opening video “Love Yourself intoAlignment”, which discusses laying new pipes, was shown.

How do we activate love in our lives?  Some suggestions were to give love and you will get love in return; practice love and appreciation; love yourself first; pick out the parts you love about yourself and delete the rest; as soon as you awake start a list of everything you encounter that day that you see feel and hear; ignore whatever others say about you that may bring you down; ask yourself about the positives in your life; think about the things you love in life like your pets, kids, grandchildren or nature in general; pivot out of your bad thought process to get to a higher disc; do whatever gives you joy; do not take the comments or actions of others personally; if you have a problem go to that person and ask “Is everything OK between us?”; when someone compliments you accept it and thank them because putting yourself down or humbling yourself dishonors the other person; just say thank you and appreciate the compliment; tell a different story; remember not to look back because that’s not where you are going; and make promises to yourself on how you want to live (I promise to love, appreciate, listen carefully, etc.).

How do we attract abundance into our lives?  Several members recommended a book entitled “A Happy Pocket Full of Money” by David Cameron Gikandi. Some suggested actions were to show gratitude for everything you receive; write a new story; Source knows you deserve it so you should know that you deserve it; generosity breeds abundance; watch You Tube Abraham meditation videos; remember the times in your life when you attracted abundance; write down what you want but make sure you are in a feel-good place when you write it. Also remember the Abraham quote from the Stamford meeting on 9-28-13.  Referring to vibrational currency as well as monetary, Abraham said "The more of it that you spend out the bottom the more of it comes back in the top."

Ramona read a quote from Abraham “Today, no matter where I am going, no matter what I am doing, no matter who I am doing it with, it is my dominant intent to stay on my high flying disc!”

The closing video was “Grateful – A Love Song to theWorld”. Musicians Nimo Patel and Daniel Nahmod brought together dozens of people from around the world to create this beautiful, heart-opening melody. Inspired by the 21-day Gratitude Challenge, the song is a celebration of our spirit and all that is a blessing in life.

The next event is the live-feed pot luck this Sunday, June 8. The next meetup will be Monday, June 30.
